Miranda originally trained in Kinesiology in 1994 having found it an invaluable tool with her own and her family’s health. She then went on and completed her Reflexology Diploma in 1996, which she had originally began in 1991 and also completing her Reiki training to Master level in 1996 and Touch For Health Instructors training in 1999. In 2000 she gained her Certificate in Education with Anglia Polytechnic University (APU) plus holds various teaching and assessors qualifications. Since then she has attended many courses and training including Wellness and Energy Kinesiology, Kinetic Energen and Bowen. Miranda is co-founder of the Progressive Kinesiology Academy which was established in 2001.
She has taught her main therapies and also runs interest classes and workshops from time to time, as well as running her own Health practice. She has in the past co-tutored the Reflexology Diploma Course for the Association of Reflexologists at The Life Force Centre, Colchester and taught Adult Education Classes for Essex County Council from 1996 to 2003. She now teaches classes privately.
Her special interests lie in body/mind and emotional work, nutrition and inherited (Miasm) factors and feels Progressive Kinesiology will offer people the correct balance of holistic healthcare she firmly believes in.
