What to expect?
All treatments are carried out in a specially equipped treatment room fully licensed by Essex County Council. Toilet facilities and the treatment room are on the ground floor, so there are no stairs to climb. You remain fully clothed during a therapy session and on your initial consultation a full case history is taken to fully understand your personal history. This is in order to give you the best possible support. Please note there is no waiting room.
Is it safe?
All the therapies offered are extremely safe, gentle and very relaxing. Most people comment about how good they feel afterwards, and it is common to hear statements such as "Can I stay here for ever". Your care and well being is of utmost importance.
Who can benefit?
Everyone, from tiny babies to the elderly. Treatments are tailored to your needs. Clients are of all ages and from all walks of life.
How long do I need to come for?
This all depends on what the actual problem or issue is. For instance someone trying to conceive may have weekly sessions for a month or so. Someone with a back problem may have sessions once a month until there are measurable improvements.
Many clients, once they have worked through their initial concerns, book MOT's as they call them, often annually to ensure their good health is maintained.
Why should I come?
Many people are skeptics who first arrive in the treatment room, and then come back for more! They are surprised at how much better they feel even after one session. Even if at first this is only for a few days, it lets them know that their own body is responding, and will carry on responding. The best advertisement for my therapy sessions are my clients getting better, their life quality improving and the knock on effect that happens for their loved ones, family life, work colleagues and so on.

I will ring you back, usually that day where ever possible, or at least within 24 hours. Treatments are available daytime only, Saturday mornings by special appointment once a month. Kinesiology sessions are usually 1 1/2 hours long. LIFE sessions are in 30, 60 or 90 minute slots. Reiki and Reflexology are one hour. Kinesiology per session £60.00
LIFE £30.00 per 30 minutes - £60 for one hour
Reflexology & Reiki £30 per session
Children (up to 16 years) two thirds of the adult fee for Kinesiology, Reiki and Reflexology sessions. Currently this reduction does not apply at Sante.
